Digital downloads
Products labeled Digital Download or Digital Art are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. No physical item is shipped for a digital purchase. Download your files after checkout and use the delivery email to access them again.
If a download is missing, check your checkout email address and spam folder, then contact hello@brainrotbunch.com with your order number.
Physical merchandise
Mugs, stickers and other physical items are printed to order and shipped to your delivery address. Production takes time before shipping begins. Available delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Orders may arrive in separate packages. Tracking is provided when available after dispatch. Please check your shipping address before paying. Any applicable customs charges are the recipient's responsibility unless collected at checkout.
Orders with both formats
Your digital files are delivered separately from your physical merchandise. Buying a download does not include a mug, sticker, frame or printed poster unless the product page explicitly says so.
Clothing
All Brain Rot Bunch clothing is sold through Zar Clothing. Apparel orders use Zar Clothing's checkout, shipping policies and customer support. Carts and orders are separate between the two stores.
