Digital downloads

Digital files are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. No physical item is shipped for a digital download. Check the email address used at checkout and your spam folder if your download email is missing.

Mugs, stickers and other physical items

Physical items are made to order and shipped to the address entered at checkout. Production takes place before shipping. Available delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown at checkout; estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Items may arrive in separate packages.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. International orders may incur customs duties or taxes unless these are collected at checkout.

Mixed orders

If your order includes digital and physical products, your downloads arrive electronically and your physical items ship separately.

Clothing

All Wear the Rot clothing is sold by Zar Clothing, with a separate checkout and its own shipping and returns policies.

Delivery help

For missing downloads or delivery issues, email hello@brainrotbunch.com with your order number. Please report a missing physical package within 30 days of its estimated delivery date.
